In this step you will ask your carrier if damage is covered and get information about your deductible and coverage limits.

We meet with your adjuster to show them what damages we have found and point out important construction details to them for proper documentation. During this meeting we make sure to go over your entire property with a fine tooth comb to make sure that the adjuster notes any damages related to your claim. This includes exterior AS WELL AS interior damages. 

This is where we finalize the scope of work and repairs before any work begins. We go over all of the details of your project and answer any questions that you may have. 

The insurance carrier will release the first payment for "Actual Cash Value". Sometimes the check is made out to the homeowner AND the mortgage company. We help you get this check processed with the mortgage company. Once the check is fully endorsed we will pick up the Roof Portion of that check for the deposit.
