During this step we come out and document any damages that we find on your roof and gutter system.

Step 2: See What Your Roof Looks Like
See it with your own eyes so you can decide next steps (if any).
Step 3: Contact Insurance Carrier
In this step you will ask your carrier if damage is covered and get information about your deductible and coverage limits.
Step 4: We Meet Insurance Adjuster At Your Home
We meet with your adjuster to show them what damages we have found and point out important construction details to them for proper documentation. During this meeting we make sure to go over your entire property with a fine tooth comb to make sure that the adjuster notes any damages related to your claim. This includes exterior AS WELL AS interior damages.
Step 5: Review "Loss Summary" Paperwork
This is where we finalize the scope of work and repairs before any work begins. We go over all of the details of your project and answer any questions that you may have.
Step 6: First Check Released
The insurance carrier will release the first payment for "Actual Cash Value". Sometimes the check is made out to the homeowner AND the mortgage company. We help you get this check processed with the mortgage company. Once the check is fully endorsed we will pick up the Roof Portion of that check for the deposit.
Step 7: You Pick the Color and Style Shingle of Your Choice!
This is where it gets exciting! You get to choose the look and features that you want. Pick from only the best!
Step 8: Your Roof Is Installed
Material is delivered, your home is safely prepped, installed, and cleaned up!
Step 9: Deductible
Your deductible portion is paid once your roof is installed
Step 10: Provide Necessary Documentation To Your Insurance Carrier
All required invoices, code-items, and necessary paperwork is filed to release final funds
Step 11: Final Funds Released
The insurance carrier will release all remaining funds (endorsement by mortgage company may be required).
